The Bar D Chuckwagon Durango Colorado provides a live western music cowboy stage show with music, and comedy performed by the Bar D Wranglers after a barbecue beef, chicken, or steak supper.  The Bar D Chuckwagon opened in 1969 near Durango Colorado on the Dalton Bar D Ranch.  The Bar D has become one of the areas major attractions for tourist, visitor, and locals alike and is a must experience among things to do and restaurants to try near Durango Colorado.  The whole family can enjoy the western mountain setting, old west atmosphere, the Art Gallery, the Gift Shop, the Leather Shop, the Blacksmith Shop, the Bar D Train ride around the spread for kids of all ages, the Wranglers jamming before supper in the record shop, the family entertainment, the Chocolate Factory, and the hearty Chuckwagon Supper of Roast Beef or Chicken Breast simmered in their famous barbecue sauce or a flame broiled choice rib eye steak supper.  After supper the Bar D Wranglers perform their famous stage show with songs and music of the old west and from Western movies, cowboy songs, stories, and comedy in an outdoor setting under the stars in good weather or covered if it rains.  The Bar D is one of the major attractions and restaurants in the Durango Colorado area and the Southwest and has served over 2 million guests since opening in 1969.
